Admissions
Children may start school in September of the school year in which they celebrate their fifth birthday. The current standard admission number for St. Ignatius Catholic Primary School is 27 in each year group. Parents who are considering sending their children to this school are welcome to visit. The Headteacher, Mr. Hough or the Deputy Miss Kellett will be happy to meet parents, show them around the school and answer any questions they may have.

In Year Admissions
To apply or appeal for a place at St Ignatius, the child requiring the place must reside in Lancashire.
There are number of places available at St. Ignatius in some year groups. Some year groups are full. Please call school for the most up to date availability.
- If the year group is full you have the option to appeal for a place.
If you would like to visit school before applying or appealing for a place, please contact the school office to arrange a date and time.
Appealing for a place in a year group with no places
Complete an online appeal form (Primary School Appeals) available from the LCC Web Site. Once completed the form will automatically be sent to our school. You will also need to collect and fill in forms from the school office.
