Every morning this week at 9 o’clock I will be logging on to Joe Wick’s 30 minute live morning work out!  I tried it this morning – wow what a work out!  It is really fun and designed for children!  I am going to try for a shout out this week.  Log on and see if you hear my name!  I will be listening  for you!
