IYear Two have been thinking about their mental health this week as part of World Mental Health Day (Thursday 10th October). We thought about how our brains feel during different emotions and created our very own “Happy Place” that we can close our eyes and go to when we are feeling overwhelmed. We also took part in the BBC Teach Live lesson along with many other classes in school.
Well done Year 2! You are developing great growth mindset and some fantastic mindfulness techniques to use in class and at home.
